For the past three years the ERTH Beverage team has packed their backpacks, laced up their boots and dawned their can-do attitudes to set out into the Idaho backcountry for a week of trail maintenance. Each year is completely different from one to the next and each brings its emotional and physical ups and downs. This year I have a story of my own inner journey to share.

We didn’t set out to start a beverage company—we set out to create something real. ERTH was born from burnout, creativity, and a shared belief that people deserve better. This is the story of how it all began.

We’re opening the notebook. This space is a slow-simmered collection of thoughts, updates, and personal stories from our people — the makers, sippers, thinkers, growers, and seekers who shape ERTH.
