At ERTH, we’ve always believed the how matters just as much as the what.

We Make It Ourselves

We produce in-house. We don’t outsource to a co-packer.

That means we stay close to every step of the process, from sourcing ingredients to pressing juice to blending batches to packing cans.

It also means we get to protect quality as we grow, instead of handing the recipe over and hoping for the best.

Real Ingredients, Real Relationships

We know the people behind our ingredients.

We have relationships with the folks who supply our honey.
We know where our vinegar comes from.
We source produce thoughtfully.
We care about who we buy from because that matters to us.

This isn’t anonymous commodity sourcing. It’s a real supply chain made of real humans.

We Use Real Fruit, Not “Natural Flavors”

This one matters.

We don’t use “natural” flavors.

Many beverage companies do, because they’re convenient and consistent. But “natural flavors” can be highly processed, proprietary blends that companies aren’t required to fully disclose.

That’s not our style.

We flavor our drinks with actual cold-pressed juice and real ingredients—the way fruit is supposed to taste.

Simple concept.

We Sweeten With Idaho Honey

We’re an Idaho company, so Idaho honey makes sense.

It tastes better, feels more aligned with our region, and has been treasured for generations as a deeply traditional food.

We’d rather build flavor with something real than rely on refined sugar and shortcuts.

Minerals Matter

We add Utah pink salt for trace minerals and balance.

A lot of modern people are running around under-hydrated and over-stimulated. We think a little mineral support in the day makes a lot of sense.

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

We use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

It brings nutrients, brightness, tang, tradition, and purpose to the recipe.

No Preservatives

No weird preservatives. No mystery shelf-life science project.

Just thoughtful ingredients, carbonation, and cold handling.

Why It Matters

Could we make ERTH cheaper, easier, and more “industry standard”?

Sure.

But that wouldn’t be ERTH.

We built this company on the belief that people can taste care, quality, and integrity.
