Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every sip of your ERTH beverage. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Replacements

If there’s an issue with your order — whether it’s a damaged item, incorrect flavor, or a quality concern — please contact us at heythere@erthbeveragecompany.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and the situation.

What We May Ask For

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the product and/or packaging
  • Printed date on the bottom of the can
  • Your order number and description of the issue

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements usually ship within 3-5 business days.
