Sam has a background in Holistic Nutrition, Herbalist, Product Development and Natural grocery channel sales. Her biggest passion in life is inspiring others to be the best version of themselves and relentlessly making fun of the people that she loves.

When Sam is not working, you can find her making overly complicated and perfectly curated edible things, aggressively snuggling her dog, rolling around on her yoga mat, or completely absorbed in a fantasy novel.

The most random thing Sam is obsessed with is: Being alive! “At least five times a day I hear myself say ‘being alive is weird’ It blows my mind on the daily that I'm just walking around in a meat suit cracking jokes, making drinks, and taking up space on this planet.”

Eric has a powerhouse background of Culinary Arts, Environmental Studies, Fermentation Science, and 10 years in Craft Beer. His biggest passion in life is pushing people to go on that grand adventure. He loves to help people get out of their comfort zones to enjoy this life to the fullest. Look out, he might make you a fully researched powerpoint of how and why you should do it. 

When Eric isn't at work you can find him floating down a river in the hot sun, hiking ultralight through the wilderness, barefoot on top of a mountain or crafting the world’s greatest scrambled eggs and  reverse-searing a grass-fed tri-tip.

In another life, Eric would be a ginger farmer in the mountains of Costa Rica, but for now, he’s content with his water bottle in hand, exploring the best state in the union—Idaho, of course.

Sara has an art degree from a liberal arts college in Durango CO, and for the past 17 years, she have been teaching and taking Bikram hot yoga.

Her biggest passions are riding her dirt bike on every single track she can find in the Idaho mountains.

When she’s off the clock, you can find her dirt biking, at yoga, and in bed by 8:30pm.

Sara's go to dish to cook: sardines straight from the can with hot sauce on them and popcorn with butter and brewers yeast. She also never leaves home without her dog sprocket!
